Lo que consumimos a través de los sentidos tiene un impacto en todo nuestro sistema nervioso.

Hoy en día hay tanto que consumir visual, auditivo, a través del olfato, del gusto, etc. Es importante ser selectivos.

En Redes Sociales, en Netflix, hay mucha violencia visual, hay mucho contenido que es nocivo y es importante entender que nuestra mente es un reproductor, que se alimenta de todos los estímulos que consumimos.

Cada interacción humana, cada estímulo nos moldea, beneficia o afecta nuestra salud emocional.
