Ana Haro

Ana is a specialist in the subject of Compassion, Emotions, Mindfulness, Mindful Leadership, Inclusion and Diversity. He worked for more than 10 years at Corporate World leading multicultural teams. She is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified (GE, 2013).

Ana is married and mother of 2 children. She has more than 8 years of experience, working with adults (women, parents), adolescents, children, schools, universities, educational institutions and businesses on the subject of Emotional Health, Mindfulness Mindful Leadership, Inclusion and Diversity. Through workshops, courses, talks and private consultation.

She teaches fluently in English and Spanish.

She has the Certification of the Association Montessori Internationale (AMI) focused on the development of children from 6 to 12 years old (Southwest Institute of Montessori Studies, Arizona, USA).

She is certified as a facilitator in Tools for Life: Mindfulness Strategies for Professionals in the Education Arena, by Susan Kaiser Greenland.

She has a Master Degree in International Business from the Dublin Institute of Technology, Ireland, E.U. Her Master’s thesis has had 3 international publications: Testing for a Critical Juncture: Change in Mexican Macroeconomic Policy in the early 1980s. You can find it for sale at Amazon.

Graduated from Tec de Monterrey with a degree in International Commerce with a specialty in International Marketing from Helsinki Business Polytechnic (Finland, E.U.).

Certification that seeks to promote the creation of psycho-emotionally healthy classrooms. Capable of holding each of its members in compassion. Environments attentive to the physical and emotional needs of children and the adults who care for children.
