Crear un claro en el denso bosque de nuestra vida es el reto del mundo occidental. Este mundo que va tan rápido, en donde hay tanto qué hacer, y tanto que consumir, parece imposible parar.

Pequeños pasos a la consciencia, inician comprando un poquito menos esta Navidad. Regalando detalles, no grandes regalos.

Inicia con nuestros hijos en casa, entendido el significado de estas fechas.

Suena a cliqué sin embargo, los niños no necesitan tanto juguete luminoso y tan costoso. Ellos nos enseñan a ser felices con cosas muy sencillas✨

Se puede poco a poco ir dando pequeños pasos a la consciencia.

Se puede parar para notar la mente que LO QUIERE TODO y solo NOTAR que así es, es humano y es producto del marketing.

En estas fechas, en este tiempo, intentemos hacer un ALTO antes de correr con el frenesí del consumismo y con atención y cariño preguntarnos…

¿Cuál es mi intención este cierre de año?
¿Cómo quiero abrazar esta transición?
