There is freedom in The Silence…

So much freedom…

Whenever you feel agitated, when you are feeling anxious , when you THINK you can’t hold yourself together…

Get some silence, just silence. It will feel awful but it will allow your mind to slow down. It will give you the SPACE you need to BE…

We are humans, we are ALWAYS feeling “something” we just need to increase our awareness and allow ourselves to feel.

Just to feel in SILENCE…

It will pass. It always does.
