Hello Dear Ones!
Long time no writing here. It was great to take a month off form social media and so.

Welcome 2021! Meeting you with an open heart and great curiosity for what you have to offer.

My closing of the year was about meeting myself. As @sharonsalzberg says in her book Real Change:

“Part of self-care is actually knowing who we are, what we want, where our boundaries are, and being able to genuinely be ourselves…”

It is of course a life work.
