🇲🇽La Espiritualidad me mantiene centrada en lo que importa: compartir, ayudar, crear, respetar. La Espiritualidad no me deja sentirme sola, nunca estamos solos. Nos sentimos solos, pero no estamos. Y nos sentimos solos porque nos basamos solo en lo que los sentidos nos muestran.

Nada tiene sentido para mí sin mi espiritualidad.

Espiritualidad es saberse uno con Dios, es ver a Dios en otros. Entender que hay un mensaje en mí para ti y en ti para mí. Y cuando coincido contigo, de mi y de ti depende leer ese mensaje.

Dios está en la interacción humana diaria eso es Espiritualidad.

Para mí es y ha sido la base de todo lo que soy. La tuve muy abandonada, la he venido trabajando desde que me convertí en mamá.

Nada te ayuda más en la vida, que una Espiritualidad fuerte! Saber que tú, yo y Dios somos uno mismo.

Spirituality is to see God in others and in myself. Understand that there is a message in me for you and in you for me. And when I meet with you, it’s up to me and you to read that message.

God is in daily human interaction that is Spirituality.

For me it is and has been the basis of everything I am. I had it very abandoned, I have been working on it since I became a mother.

Nothing helps you more in life than a strong Spirituality. Know that you, me and God are one.
