Hoy di una clase sobre Felicidad y Gozo✨

Entre las muchas cosas que platicamos es que somos capaces de experimentar gozo y celebrar la vida plenamente, en la medida en que seamos capaces de honrar nuestro sufrimiento y el sufrimiento ageno.

El sufrimiento es parte de la vida humana, aprender a caminarlo como lo que es, algo intrínseco a la vida en este planeta, nos permite experimentar momentos de gran gozo.

Un dicho Tibetano que me encanta:

“En dónde sea que tengas amigos, ese es tu país. En dónde sea que recibas amor, ese es tu hogar”.

Por un mundo en donde seamos capaces de dignificar la vida humana a toda costa.

Today I gave a class on Happiness and Joy✨

Among the many things we talked about is that we are capable of experiencing joy and celebrating life fully, to the extent that we are capable of honoring our suffering and the suffering of others.

Suffering is part of human life, learning to walk it as it is, something intrinsic to life on this planet, allows us to experience moments of great joy.

A Tibetan saying that I love:

“Wherever you have friends, that is your country. Wherever you receive love, that is your home.”

For a world where we are able to dignify human life at all cost.
